Get the Weight off Wednesday

Week 3


I swear....when I workout my face gets super red and I'm all gross and sweaty.
how can you look like a fox like that? lol. I try. 
yes, i'm guilty of getting ready and putting on make-up to go to the gym.
yep.
no not to impress guys....who cares about them. I'm happily married to a hottie!
but i can't be seen out in public a hot mess and no make-up. call me superficial. whatevs. 
but yes, all this hard work is to look like a fox....on to the report.....




Weigh-In:
my initial weight: 160 lbs
goal: 125 lbs/lose 35 lb


weight last week: 156 lbs
weight today: 154.4 lbs
Total loss:  1.6  lbs


left to goal:  29.4 lbs

Past week's workouts:

Wednesday: P90X Shoulders, Arms & ABS
Thursday: P90X stretch
Friday: P90X Legs, Back, & Abs. 35 min work-out at BUYi  {burpees, jump rope, & kettle bell squat throw things}
Saturday: KenpoX
Sunday: 35 min walk/jog
Monday: Elliptical 60 min
Tuesday: P90X Plyometrics 59 min



Hooray!
Back to losing the weight.
Apparently my body ready does need a very minimal amount of calories. 
what's up with that?!?
I tried out 1485 as suggested by calorie count, and I was beyond starving. seriously, that was the hardest ever!
then after more investigation turns out I need a lot more since I'm breastfeeding. ooops!
So, I compromised....I'm at about 1690/day now. the next day that extra 200 was just enough to keep me satisfied, not famished. I know it's all about where those calories come from, but I an doing good. lots of fruits and veggies, proteins, some carbs. 
I am not starving myself.  {I love food too much. lol.}  this past weekend was bad....so my numbers next week might not be too happy, I made samoa bars, cheesecake for hubby's birthday, and we made a trip to the local pizza buffet place. So this week, we need to work extra hard, I swear, if gain again..... lol.
