I can't believe I actually lost weight!!
Awesome.
this week in eating has been kind of bad.....Bug Judd's burger & fries, Kiwi Loco frozen yogurt, hubby brought home surprise Jack-in-the box, and there was banana cake with some yummier than yummy banana pudding frosting.
BUT.....I did it smart. I made sure to adjust my caloric intake for the morning/afternoon, to "save" my calories for the events.
I didn't starve myself, just ate things that took up less of my alloted calories for the day.
I am SOOOO happy to be under 150. ahhhhh!!

As you can see, I have begun taking spin class again.
LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I am sore like crazy, I sweat like a mad-woman and it is an amazing workout.
I need the super charge of cardio to burn off the fat I have.
I might be semi-obsessed with it. I am good at it. I have the endurance.
with running.....well, not so much. I suck. BAD. it will get better with time, i'm sure, but i think i'm okay with being good at cycling & not with running.
it's something.....and it gives a super good cardio workout.
i'm excited.

I wish I could take spin class every.single.day.
but they don't offer it at the college on friday or saturday {or sunday, but I wouldn't take it that day anyways}
We go again tonight, but I'm "not allowed" tomorrow, since it's my Birthday!! and there is plans....ugh. so next thurs. but I will still do cardio....you bet, need to if I want to enjoy a scoop of ice cream! :)
