Get the weight off Wednesday.....on FRIDAY ;)


            

Week 7

Weigh-In:
my initial weight 5/9/12: 160 lbs
goal: 125 lbs/lose 35 lbs.


weight last week 6/20/12:  150.2 lbs.
weight today 6/27/12: 150.6 lbs.
Weekly loss:  -.4 lbs.

Total loss: 9.4 lbs.
left to goal:  25.6 lbs.



2 weeks in a row of weight gain/no loss. 
ugh.
I'm actually too tired to even care right now. lol.
I know it's just muscle gain. that's fine.
people comment all the time that I look good, they can tell a difference.
I'm pretty sure they aren't just saying that to be nice {pretty sure}
slow & steady wins the race......It will come off eventually. maybe as soon as we are done breastfeeding. maybe {hopefully} sooner.
Little Miss will be 3 months tomorrow, so that's a long time to have to wait. 
speaking of races.....I'm doing a sprint triathlon tomorrow. 
seriously....
i'm cray cray!!
I'm actually terrified. why did I say yes to this again?
I'm awesome on the bike. yes.
I have the ability to sustain the endurance. yes.
I can swim. yes.
But wow.....running? I hate you!! 
with a passion. 
and it's uphill, then down hill {that part isn't too bad, but still}
the running is first, then the bike, then swim {backwards much? yeah}
5k....tried it once for the first time the other day & got a 33 min time. not bad, i guess.
slow & steady, right? lol. 
i know most is mental...I can do it if I push myself. I can complete it no matter how bad my times are. and that's the goal. 
Complete it.

  1. WAy to go on the 9.4 lbs weight loss!!! Muscle definitely weighs more than fat, so just like you said it's probably muscle. I'm working on the same thing you are trying to take off weight and get back into better shape! My goal is 50 lbs and I have taken off about 8.6 lbs so far! Good luck:):)
