Well, I am super glad that I've lost this week. I can't wait until I get below 150. I don't know why....I guess I need to set small goals to be able to reach my big goal. and just like the picture says, I am closer than I was yesterday, or last week, or last month.
Bad thing this week: went to the water park....I hate that.... you feel like you are doing so good, then you get into a swimsuit and you see all the other moms there in their bikinis and it makes you cringe with envy. then you get tunnel vision and can only see how far you have to go still to reach your goal. or get self-conscious and feel bad that you've only lost so much. best therapy for that: work out! push through it and keep going. it doesn't matter if you are tired, or sore, or slightly sun-burnt....working it out will help you through your frustrations. you will feel better about it during, right after and tomorrow.
I am sore again today. I am constantly sore. But I think that's good. my body is continuously getting a workout and I am constantly pushing myself. I'm not doing the bare minimum and I will see more and more results.
This next week I look forward to trying out an Insanity workout! I cannot wait! I love having friends that also want to lose weight and we can workout together. I do p90x with the hubby, and I sometimes have to push him {lol, he's just lazy} but with friends they are determined for themselves and it helps to push you to go harder. it's awesome!
